Return Policy

GENERAL

• All items have a 30 warranty against manufacturer defects.
• Items will be inspected upon receipt to determine if defective.
• No claims are allowed unless made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
• No returns without written authorization.

 

STOCK PURCHASES

• General policy applies to stock orders.
• No returns allowed on items purchased for stock.

 

DROP SHIP ORDERS

• General policy applies to all drop ship orders.
• Customer may exchange or return merchandise if it does not meet their expectations within 30 days of shipping.

                        1. Written authorization must Be received from AMC.
                        2. Customer is responsible for all freight and drop ship fees.
                        3. A $5.00 restock fee per item will apply.
                        4. All items must be in original packing and in NEW condition.

• Damages caused by shipping must be claimed within 10 days of receipt.  A claim will be filed with the shipping company.  Claim must be resolved before new/replacement product will be shipped unless a new PO is issued.

SAMPLES

• General policy applies to all sample orders.
• Samples are refundable if returned within 30 days of receipt.  
       If goods are not returned within 30 days one or more of the following will apply:
            1. Returned after 30 days – 15% restock fee.
            2. Returned after 60 days – 25% restock fee.
            3. Returned after 90 days – 50% restock fee.
  Customer is responsible for all freight fees.
• All items must be in original packaging.  If not in original packaging an additional $5.00 per item restock fee will apply in addition to the restock fees listed above.
• AMC reserves the right to refuse any returns after 30 days.
