Sample Policy

GENERAL

• All items have a 30 warranty against manufacturer defects.
• Items will be inspected upon receipt to determine if defective.
• No claims are allowed unless made within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
• No returns without written authorization.

SAMPLES

General policy applies to all sample orders.

• Samples are refundable if returned within 30 days of receipt.  
• If goods are not returned within 30 days one or more of the following will apply:
       Returned after 30 days – 15% restock fee.
       Returned after 60 days – 25% restock fee.
       Returned after 90 days – 50% restock fee.
• Customer is responsible for all freight fees.
• All items must be in original packaging.  If not in original packaging an additional $5.00 per item restock fee will apply in addition to the restock fees listed above.
• AMC reserves the right to refuse any returns after 30 days.
